Also referred to as the Elders Council, this meeting is called by the Chamberlain of the Clans.

Each landed Clan has a seat on this Council which can be taken by an agreed representative of the clan (not always the Chieftain).

The council has been formed to give the people of Caledonia a voice and issues raised and discussed here are taken to the Privy Council by the Chamberlain.

The Queens and Ruling Lairds will only be present at this council by invite, as it is a place for the Chieftains.
