There is a Faction Master to each of the Guilds. They are responsible for all relations with their assigned Guild and organise their own staff of deputies who not only assist them in their duties, but train to become Faction Masters of the future. The Faction Masters should endeavour to build up a rapport with their allotted guild. This can be further aided by attending their guilds meetings. The Faction Masters are also responsible for filling their allocation of Apprentices and liaising with the guilds to allow these Apprentices to be taught specific skills. They are also seen as specialists in their chosen areas and as such are expected to become directly involved in any faction business involving their field.

Guild Master The Guild Master is in overall charge of the Faction Masters. She acts as an escalation point for all Masters (including the Deputy Guild Master) and is responsible for making the important decisions with regards to Guild relations. Part of her duty also involves reporting to the Lairds council and the Queens, seeking agreement for very large issues and decisions, and keeping them informed of all current standings with the Guilds. The Guild Master is also in charge of appointing the Faction Masters.

In the Guild Masters absence, the Deputy Guild Master acts in her sted , and speaks with the authority of the Guild Master. She is the right hand  of the Guild Master and works closely with her. She is the first escalation point for all Masters and is responsible for ensuring all issues raised by the Masters are dealt with.

All Faction Masters should therefore report through the Deputy Guild Master where possible.
