During Mephisto's Lairdship he introduced a simple rule within Caledonia which meant that there were more jobs available to it's people.

"One Bear, One Job"

His argument was that to do your job to the best of your ability, you should only do one at a time.

Over the last few years Laird Cedric has put a comprehensive structure in place in the faction to support the Lairds and queens.  All jobs have a reporting structure into one of the Lairds.  This aides with responsibility and accountability.  This has led to a "departmental" style approach to the faction structure.

As well as jobs there are eight honorary titles that can be bestowed.
