Laird Obidask is Slain
During the Gathering of Nations 1107 our Laird Protector - Laird Obidask MacTrew fell to an assassins blade tipped with a powerful magical poison. A poison for which no cure could be found despite all that was done. Even powerful ritual magic could not stop the venom.

Caledonia has been dealt a terrible blow in losing Laird Obidask. Not only was he an outstanding leader for the Bears but he was respected by all who met him.

Leaders from other nations would listen to his words for they knew he controlled the balance of wisdom brought by the Cerredwen, courage brought by the Morrigan and compassion brought by the Blodwyn. He was the most respected leader of our time and this is why the blow is felt keenly through all of Edredja.

Bears, and those that have offered your service, we will not rest until those that planned this foul deed are brought to their knees and feel the full wrath of our nation for taking Obidask MacTrew away from us.
