The Privy Council (sometimes humorously referred to as the Toilet) consists of the three Queens, the ruling lairds and the lairds. 

The chamberlain of the Clans is also present.  The council is used to share information between those who govern Caledonia, and to make policy decisions as to the best way to take the nation forwards.  The Chamberlain of the Clans (currently Johnnie Walker McMead) is present to represent the views of the Clansmen and to speak in the interest of the people of Caledonia.  He also brings any issues which may have arisen from the Chieftains Council.
