Titles are given to members of the faction who have proven their worth by thought and deed. 

They can be given to any individual regardless of rank or position. 

They are honorary titles which should be treated with due respect and reverence. 

Each title has an area attached to it i.e Steward of Ishore.  There are only ever a maximum of three people with the same title at a time.

What is bestowed can be taken away.  If an individual is deemed no longer worthy of their title it can be removed by the Queens or Privy Council.
